Stroll court houses and befriend court clerks.
I do medical transcription from home. I work at a hospital for a few years and I needed to make a few extra bucks. I ran a small ad in our local newpaper in the work wanted section, stating what I did and my years of experience, etc…
Also, put a resume on-line with job sites, like Yahoo Hot jobs, Monster.com.
