not clear on WHAT you want to know
and legal transcription is not done by lawyers it is a secretarial or assistant type duty – a lot of lawyers farm out work including writing pleas and motions the larger firms have enough work of this nature that they have other companies do it ( some probably based overseas it being ‘grunt-work’ )
